Charged up the Delorme InReach SE with its new battery but won’t connect to the satellites. Its only 9 years old! Nothing for it, down to Anaconda to get a new, much smaller, much faster software Garmin InReach Mini2 for $590 AUD. One of the costs of living in this connected age.
Packing just about finished, bike is boxed (old transport box from local bike store), panniers and camping gear in a zip up lollistripe bag, clothes and toiletries in my daypack which will travel on top of the rear panniers.
All good so far.
