Day 76 26 June Lake Galilee to Yarrowmere

Not much to say about this section.

Just more gravel road, neither particularly rutted or sandy or good or bad. Just there.

Bede Station looked beautiful on the edge of a large lagoon, all the fences in good nick and the buildings well looked after.

I passed the turnoff to the Lake Buchanan just as a farmer was exiting in his ute so I thought it might be a private road and kept on going.

Camping that night was a bit more difficult than usual due to the difficulty getting solid firewood. The ground was sandy and hosted termites which destroyed fallen wood very quickly after it hit the ground.
